Detailed Explanation Of The Steps For Assembling A Multifunctional Nursing Bed

1. Install bed legs: The two long ones are bed legs. Firstly, remove the screws from the bed legs, clamp the bed legs onto the bed board, and then retighten the screws. The nuts used in this product are all locking nuts, so you don't need to tighten them too tightly. Two shorter crossbeams are crossbeams, each fixed to the installed bed legs. Gently shake the bed legs to ensure no looseness.
2. Installation of casters: The casters of this product are connected by threads. Four casters can be installed in four screw holes, regardless of their position.
3. Installation of toilet hole: The toilet hole consists of three parts: bed surface toilet hole structure, bedpan bracket, and toilet hole handle. The bedpan rack is connected to the bed surface through a rod type transmission device, and the toilet hole is opened and closed by controlling a spherical handle.
4. Install the headboard and foot of the bed: The headboard is higher and the foot pedal is shorter, using a suspended installation method. Align the headhook with the iron pin of the bed iron and secure the lock.
5. Install guardrail: Align the hole of the guardrail frame with the punching position at the head of the bed, fix it with screws, and the guardrail switch should face the bed side.

7. Lay the mattress; If the product is equipped with a dedicated mattress, it should follow the bed surface design and correspond to the position of the back frame, tripod, and toilet hole.
The installation steps are as follows: ① Connect the toilet hole with the bedpan frame using the built-in locking screw of the product; ② Secondly, install the spherical handle; ③ Install the spring buffer device and secure the handle to the bed legs; ④ Then, insert it into the cotter pin and connect the knob to the lever. ⑤ Finally, with the bed facing up, move the handle left and right to observe if the toilet hole is fully open and reset. Attention: If the toilet hole cannot be closed in place, please pull out the cotter pin, rotate the toilet hole transfer lever, and readjust the position of the toilet hole.
